Perhaps the most ethical way to eat meat. Our organic mutton is from older sheep who have lived for 3-6 years on our species-rich pastures, and has tremendous depth of flavour. As well as being richer and more flavourful, mutton is very economical at approximately £8/kg for organic, pasture-fed and biodynamic meat. Perfect for slow roasting, casseroles, pies, stews and curries.  Your Rush Farm mutton boxes are prepared to order so may take up to 4 weeks to be ready for shipping or collection. We will notify you when they are ready.
