Delivery and Returns

We despatch your Online Farm Shop orders every Monday, and they are shipped frozen unless otherwise stated on the product page. Our packaging uses UK grown woollen insulation and ice packs to keep your products frozen. If you live locally you can choose between two pick-up locations in Worcestershire.

UK delivery

We use DPD to deliver your parcels with a next day service. This will ensure that they arrive at your door quickly enough to remain frozen or cold if sent un-frozen.

Orders over £100 free delivery

If your order is over £100 you will receive free delivery at checkout.

Standard delivery

Our standard delivery costs £7.50 and includes insulated packaging. Our packaging is made using UK grown wool, and is re-usable so you can keep things cool at home! If you don't want to re-use them simply separate the wool from it's plastic liner. The plastic can be recycled, and the wool can be added to your home compost or food waste.

Collection

You can collect your Rush Farm Online Farm Shop orders from two locations in Worcestershire. Our locations are:

The Pantry at Rush Farm, Unit 4 Stockwood Business Park, B96 6SX

Collection available from 09:30am - 5:30pm Wednesday - Friday, or Saturday 09:30 - 3:00pm.

Elmfield School Shop, 14 Love Lane, Stourbridge DY8 2EA

Collection available from 09:30am - 4:30pm Tuesday - Friday.

Returns

Sadly we are unable accept returns. If there is a problem with your order contact us on hello@rush.farm and we will do our best to help. In the event that your order does not arrive in fit condition, please take photographic evidence as soon as possible including a timestamp, as this will help us sort the problem with our courier.
