Perfect for a Sunday roast with a bit of a twist. Our hogget comes from our primative-breed Shetland sheep and is born and reared on Rush Farm. Hogget means an older lamb, meaning more flavour in the meat. This will be a stronger flavour than most lamb, but it is not over-powering in any way. All our meat is certified organic, biodynamic and pasture fed, and our animals live happy lives on our species-rich pasture. Access to a diverse range of plants and hedgerow forage means our meat has great depth of flavour, and is the environmentally conscious way to eat meat.
