A half lamb leg makes for a delicious Sunday roast without being too big - succulent, tender and flavourful. Our lamb comes from our native-breed Llyen sheep and is born and reared on Rush Farm. All our meat is certified organic, biodynamic and pasture fed, and our animals live happy lives on our species-rich pasture. Access to a diverse range of plants and hedgerow forage means our meat has great depth of flavour, and is the environmentally conscious way to eat meat.
